Samiksha Foundation is a Creative Learning Initiative for children with cancer and their caregivers. It operates five Learning Centers in Bengaluru, India ! 4 in person and 1 remote learning, along with Continuing the Samiksha Scholarships Program for Young cancer survivors!

Mazumdar Shaw Cancer Centre, Narayana Health (SFLC@MSCC-NH)

Since April 2019, we have been running a Learning Centre at Mazumdar Shaw Cancer Centre, Narayana Health City, Dommasandra, Bengaluru, with 35 to 40 inpatients, and day-care children being supported at any given month, along with 30 caregivers attending. Annually, around 600 children are beneficiaries of the program.

Indira Gandhi Institute for Child Health: SFLC@IGICH

Commenced 21 April 2022, Running with about 25 children and siblings and extended support given to Thalassemia affected children everyday

Kapur Ward, Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology (SFLC@KMIO)

Since 2009, we have been running a Learning Centre at the Kapur Ward, the pediatric ward of Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Bengaluru, with around 110 children (inpatients and their siblings) and over 70 caregivers being supported at any given time. Annually, around 800 children are direct beneficiaries of the program.

Currently we support needy children remotely by one on one tutoring and through the Samiksha Scholarships program. over 50 young cancer survivors from Kidwai, alumni of Samiksha Foundation are eligible this year

Laxmi Home Care Center- part of SSCHRC -14 May 2022

Our reach at these 2 centers is about 40 children 25 siblings and 40 caregivers

Registered under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961, with certificate no. DIT(E)BLR/12A/S-2338/AAJTS8922L/ITO(E)-3/Vol 2012-2013, dated 10/04/2012.

Donations made to the Samiksha Foundation are deductible under Section 80G(2)(a)(iv) r.w.s. 80G(5)(vi) of the Income Tax Act, 1961
